Management Background


Central Valley Mortgage Services Inc has been in operation since 1989. Since that time we have grown into a regional Property Preservations and Inspection company offering our services in California, Nevada, Utah, Wyoming, Illinois and Michigan.
We pride ourselves in our reputation of professionalism. We feel that in this business, reputation is everything. That is why we stand behind all of our work and require nothing less from our associates.

Management Experience:

Megan Taggard has served as President of Central Valley Mortgage Services Inc. since 2008. She brings with her 20 years of management experience in the Mortgage Servicing Industry. She was trained in Management Development through Porterville Community College and carries the critical role of contractor development.

Kevin Taggard serves as Vice President and has been with Central Valley Mortgage Services Inc. since its beginning 20 yrs ago. In that time he has obtained a California State Contractors License. He remains active in the License Contractors of California Corp. which pursues quality and equality among licensed contractors. He also is involved with National Association of Mortgage Field Services serving on past education committees for REO properties.

Erin Taggard started with CVMS Inc. in 1997 and has served as Resource Manager since 2003. Prior to that time she owned a successful retail business for 10 years. She was trained in accounting and human resources through vocational schools and brings with her a drive to manage and succeed. Since she has been with CVMS Inc. She has received additional training in accounting practices and also is active in National Association of Mortgage Field Services.

Cesar Hernandez has been with CVMS Inc. since 2008. As Preservation and REO Manager Cesar has brought with him good work ethics, excellent communication skills, and motivational skills from his back ground as being a Chief Administrator in the education industry. These skills have allowed him to create a productive work environment for staff and have built stronger relationships with our clients.


Ryan Land has been with CVMS Inc. since 2008. As Operations Manager Ryan has entered into the property preservation industry from the commercial and residential building industry. Along with the construction knowledge Ryan brings to CVMS, he is certified in water damage restoration, and also in mold and fire remediation. Ryan has held many different positions from customer service rep, field manager, to superintendent. He now is focused on working with our entire staff of employees and contractors overseeing all operations


Lucia Mendoza has been with CVMS Inc. since 2008. As Orders Manager and IT support her schooling in Legislative Administration, Computer Technology, Accounting, and in Business enables her to apply her acquired skills onto the innovating field of property preservation. She has helped our company integrate software programs into our daily production not only making our employees jobs easier but also our contractor’s ability to communicate through a network of incorporated systems.
